Oxford & tranquility
On Sunday, the plan was to go with Theo, his mother and Lucy to Oxford at the beginning of the afternoon. In the meantime, we watched a TV series and then they came to pick us up to go to Oxford. It began to rain cats and dogs, so we went to latin-spanish café style. Lucy and I drank a hot chocolate with churros. I found the café fascinating because there was a guitar tied to a thread in the door, and when someone opened it, the guitar was going up or down, which was funny. We walked around Oxford; there were a lot of beautiful buildings. We left Oxford to go at Heather’s partner’s house. We stayed an hour and Heather drove Finn and me to the train station.
For Claire, today was really calmer as yesterday to recover the excitement of yesterday. That’s why she had a lie-in. After the lunch, she and Fredrik went to the Roald Dahl museum and story center in Great Missiden, his hometown. He wrote many stories for children whose the well known Charlie and the chocolate factory. After visited it, they walked home and on the way they passed through a street of very beautiful and huge houses which belong to very rich people (Grimms Hill in Great Missiden), it was really nice.
